Gianni Gallucci's shipments are handled by express courier, ensuring a tracking service to monitor your shipment's status. The indicated delivery times are to be considered from the moment the order leaves our warehouse (generally within 1-2 business days from order receipt). Deliveries occur from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Personalized and Pre-Order Items:
Please note that shipping times for personalized and pre-order items may vary and typically require 3-5 weeks for delivery. Orders containing these items may be shipped in multiple installments.
What to do in case of delivery issues:
- Damaged package or missing items: Please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the package, attaching photographs of the damage or specifying the missing items.
- Non-receipt of package: If your package appears to be blocked or excessively delayed, please contact our Customer Service, providing the order tracking number. We will do our best to resolve the situation.
Customs Duties and Taxes (Non-EU Countries):
For shipments outside the European Union, shipping costs do not include any customs duties or import taxes. These charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. We advise you to check your country's customs regulations in advance to understand any potential additional costs.
Upon delivery, please verify:
- The number of packages corresponds to what is indicated on the transport document.
- The packaging is intact and shows no signs of tampering, damage, or humidity.
Any anomalies must be immediately reported to the courier upon delivery and noted on the transport document.
In the event of refusal of the goods or non-delivery due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect address, repeated absence), the shipping and return costs will be charged to the customer.
