Right of Withdrawal
We hope you love your Gianni Gallucci purchase! However, if you change your mind, you can request a return directly online within 14 days from the date you received your order.
You have the right to withdraw from the terms and thus from the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to justify and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receiving the products.
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in their original packaging (bags and boxes), kept and used only for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics, and size, according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the conditions set out below:
- The right of withdrawal may be applied to the purchased product in its entirety. For the return to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: labels, tags, seals, etc.).
- The shipping costs (and any customs duties, if applicable) for the return of the goods are the sole responsibility of the Customer; the shipment, until confirmation of receipt at the warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer.
PLEASE NOTE:
It is not possible to request an exchange or a refund for a personalized product unless the goods are faulty or do not conform to the order placed.
RETURN REQUEST
HOW TO OPEN A RETURN REQUEST IF YOU ARE A NON-REGISTERED USER (GUEST ORDER):
- Fill out the "CHECK YOUR ORDER STATUS" form, entering the order number and the email address you used to place the order.
- Click on the "Request a Return" button.
- Select the items you wish to return, choosing the reason for the return from the options provided.
- Customer service will process the return request as quickly as possible. As soon as the return request is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email containing all the instructions on how to proceed with shipping the return. You will also receive updates on the progress of your return both via email and in your reserved area on our site.
HOW TO OPEN A RETURN REQUEST IF YOU ARE A REGISTERED USER ON OUR SITE:
- Go to the "MY ACCOUNT" section in your user dashboard, in the "ORDERS and RETURNS" area.
- Enter the details of the order containing the items you want to return and click on the "Request a Return" button.
- Select the items you wish to return, choosing the reason for the return from the options provided.
- Customer service will process the return request as quickly as possible. As soon as the return request is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email containing all the instructions on how to proceed with shipping the return. You will also receive updates on the progress of your return both via email and in your reserved area on our site.
RETURNING THE PRODUCTS
How do I return my items?
- Print the return authorization email and insert it into the package along with the items to be returned.
- Send the package via courier to the address you receive in the return authorization email. Please remember that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; our Customer Care does not provide a return label.
- Keep the shipping receipt for your package.
For packages coming from European Union countries and non-European Union countries (therefore subject to customs), the shipping address is as follows:

- In accordance with customs regulations, the shipment of goods or documents outside the EU is subject to declaration. This means that the goods must be accompanied by a proforma invoice. If you are returning an item from a non-EU country, please print the proforma invoice that we will send you via email and attach it to the outside of the box (please never put it inside the box). This will help us speed up the customs clearance process for your return. Please also communicate the return tracking number by sending an email to our Customer Care if you are returning an item from a non-EU country. The proforma invoice is mandatory for the following non-EU countries*: Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Vatican City, Georgia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, United Kingdom, Russia, San Marino, Switzerland, Ukraine; Asia, Africa, Australia, and South America.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Personalized items cannot be returned, and related orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
REFUND
As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Office will carry out the appropriate checks. If the outcome is positive, we will send you an email to confirm the return and the refund arrangement.
The refund will be processed within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the return at our warehouse, by reversing the charged amount.
Gianni Gallucci may withhold the refund until receipt of the returned product.
Please remember that the return will not be accepted if:
- The returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
- The product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
- The product is missing integral parts and/or accessories (e.g., closures, laces, buckles, etc.).
Please also remember that the technical time to receive the refund depends on the internal procedures of your bank.
RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
In addition to the right of withdrawal, by law, you are entitled to a suitable product, or what is legally defined as "a product that conforms to what was agreed."
Gianni Gallucci is committed to providing high-quality products and services. If, for any reason, you need to make a complaint about a product purchased online (in case of defects and/or non-conformity), during the online return request procedure, select one of the following two reasons:
- "The item does not match the photo/description";
- "The item received is damaged or does not match what was ordered".
Once the request has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email, and our customer service will contact you directly as soon as possible.
Before proceeding with the shipment of the goods, please wait for a response from our Customer Care, who will provide you with all the instructions for shipping the product.
In the case of a defective or non-conforming product, Gianni Gallucci will arrange the collection of the product at its own expense.
